Kielyn Marrone, CEO and co-founder of Lure of the North, is a trailblazing guide and outdoor skills instructor with a knack for turning rugged landscapes into empowering learning experiences, blending her deep knowledge of wilderness survival with a passion for teaching others.
As a self-sufficient homesteader, she masters the art of sustainable living, proving that adventure and self-reliance go hand in hand while inspiring others to embrace the great outdoors with confidence and creativity.
Kielyn’s talk will take place from 3pm to 4pm.

Kevin Kemmish is a dedicated wildlife researcher whose innovative fieldwork and cutting-edge techniques at the Algonquin Wildlife Research Station reveal the hidden behaviours and intricate ecosystems of some of the planet’s most elusive species. His research not only advances our understanding of wildlife but also fosters conservation efforts that protect these vital creatures and their habitats for future generations.
Kevin’s talk will take place from 2:10pm to 2:50pm

Through gorgeous photos and practical advice, Kim will discuss the logistics of camping in Namibia, including costs, preparation, and the unique aspects of desert camping. Her goal is to inspire you to take the leap and plan your own dream adventure, no matter where it takes you. Get ready to explore the world in ways you never imagined.
